Hi, I am Charlotte. I’ve been in Nottingham for the last three years studying theatre design at Nottingham Trent University. Over the three years my skills have enhanced in areas such as model making and construction, I have also learned new skills like AutoCAD, 3D printing and the understanding of a working team, which is a key element to anyone in the industry. Throughout this course my love for theatre has grown and my passion for puppetry has developed, which is now what I would like to pursue as a future carer. It has shown me what behind the scenes of a working theatre looks like and allowed me to go on placements where I gained more knowledge about the industry than I could ever have imagined. This course has helped me to grow and be the person I am today.
