Rebecca Woodhall

I have developed my skills at Nottingham Trent University studying BA (Hons) in Costume Design and Construction. This degree has expanded my knowledge and taught me numerous new skills in depth. Working on several projects throughout university advanced my knowledge and skills in needlework including embroidery, beading and using the freehand machine embroidery. While continuing to build on and develop my learning about dying skills and breaking down costumes, I gained a real passion for this, seeing how these techniques could be used to further develop my characters and stories. I enjoy millinery and am constantly working to improve my abilities and knowledge in this area. I have gained a wealth of experience in design, enjoying gathering research and developing and creating my mood boards. Right now, I enjoy creating and making costumes and hope to continue this within my career.
