Hi there! I am Xiaoyue Chen from MA Graphic Communication. I am from Shanghai, China, but also completed my BA studies in the UK. I studied BA Design at Goldsmiths College, University of London. During my BA studies, I worked on projects which were more conceptual and used mixed media. This experience has provided me with inspiration and wild ideas which I am able to utilise in commercial and graphic projects. I find patterns highly interesting as well as any possible history or culture associated with them. I have some experience working as a Graphic Designer, designing digital book covers for Bookey, the ebook app. I have not decided on which country I would like to work in; however, I am sure I want to work as a Graphic Designer in a design studio, or for a brand which fits my style.
