I'm Spike Taylor, a Norfolk-based designer. I am a final year BA (Hons) Graphic Design student with interests in brand strategy and identity. My practise involves a wide range of disciplines, including work on packaging, campaign, editorial and brand worlds. I have had the opportunity to work with different studios on live briefs to explore realistic and engaging projects, such as developing a brand identity for Dotplot, presented by Dyson. Additionally, I have explored more personal projects to develop my own interests in design and showcase my personality, such as within project 2 (Great Explorers) which explores mindfulness for children, in the format of a picture book. On top of this, I have a keen interest in music which I like to implement within design. I enjoy the physicality of design, using materials such as glass and ceramics. I am looking for future opportunities around the UK to further my practise and gain experience within the industry.
