Hi, I am Ryan, an animator from Hong Kong who specialises in 2D character animation, digital cut-out animation and Harmony rigging. As a recent graduate from NTU BA (Hons) Animation, I enjoy creating stories that connect with audiences and bringing characters to life. During my time in NTU, I have the great opportunity to learn all about the principle of animation and storytelling. This experience all contributed to my final year thesis film, See you soon! 「之後見！」. It is a Harmony hybrid project that tells a heart warming story about a child named Chris Wong who struggles to accept the fact that his friend is leaving to another country. As His dad teaches him how to deal with farewells, he learns to accept goodbyes in life and went to give his friend a proper farewell. Going forward, I will continue my path in 2D animation and Harmony rigging. As a hard-working individual, I look forward to any opportunity and collaboration to learn and improve my skills.
