Lyndon Dozier

Nightlife is my passion, and my home is the rave. During my time at university studying BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion, I have had the opportunity to explore and experiment with a variety of new skills and techniques, however, being able to express my passion for nightlife scenes through analogue and digital photography takes the win. A lot of my projects, both professional and personal, revolve around communicating the essence and culture within rave and club scenes. Capturing people being people, ravers being ravers. For my final year self-devised project, I looked into how young people are connecting within nightlife community spaces, and came up with ways to promote more positive and meaningful interactions amongst music and fashion lovers. I also created a nightlife-themed photobook for my second year optional module titled ‘Candid’, which aimed to visualise my experiences as a young clubgoer and raver in an unfiltered, raw form.
