Titled "Ephemeral Comforts," my project draws inspiration from the evocative power of nostalgia and treasured objects. It translates a personal journey of reminiscence into botanically inspired prints, capturing the fleeting essence of faded memories. These prints are fuelled by the warmth and comfort of cherished childhood experiences. I find joy in reflecting on these memories through my love of contemporary florals, elegant foliage, and vintage accents. This sentiment flows through a sequence of designs featuring a natural yet uplifting palette, accented with metallic tones that capture passing moments of nostalgia. My design philosophy prioritizes timeless, emotional pieces in the high-end market. Past live briefs and a placement at Romo Fabrics honed my skills for this aspirational level. My future goal is to develop my skills as a print designer in the interior design industry.
