During the summer vacation, I became interested in the intangible cultural heritage of my hometown. Therefore, this is the theme of my project, using modern clothing design methods, having learnt the reason why this cultural heritage disappeared. I think it is also a good way to use clothing design, integrating the intangible cultural heritage into people's daily lives. However, if you want to truly inherit shadow drama and Fujian opera, you can't just draw casually on clothes. I needed to find out the true connotation of this heritage and arouse people's interest in it to achieve the purpose of inheritance. In terms of sustainability, I used modern laser cutting technology to collect the offcuts for secondary processing and making hair accessories and shoe decorations.
