I study Design for Theatre and Live Performance at NTU. My journey into the theatre industry was sparked by witnessing the mesmerising Ka show by Cirque Du Soleil. The dynamic stage and its profound impact on the audience captivated me, leading me to delve into stage design. Watching performances as an audience member always stirred a sense of motion within me. However, being part of the stage team, seeing my designs come to life on stage, fills me with an unparalleled thrill. I aspire to evoke the same awe in the audience through my contributions.
I have a keen interest in lighting design. I have had the opportunity to explore various aspects of theatre production. Through the experiences, I've discovered a passion for lighting design. As technical effects continue to gain importance in contemporary theatre, I am eager to further develop my creative ideas in lighting design during this time of heightened emphasis on its role.
