I am currently studying BA (Hons) Fine Art Degree at Nottingham Trent University. I am an abstract, gestural, expressive artist who primarily uses acrylics to formulate my large-scale paintings on hand made canvases. I use bright, rich, vibrant colours which exude the essence of places I travelled to during my year away from university, where I rediscovered my passion for art. I capture the quintessence of my experiences through the medium of paint and colour, focusing on elements of light. The narrative of my pieces centre around light exploiting its intangible, illusive, all-encompassing quality.
