My concept involves the nurturing elements that the women in my life raised me with and where my identity is grounded. ” My brand name is Angel Medrana incorporating mine and my mothers middle name. Part of the name Medrana comes from the Basque word ""edi"" meaning fern and the suffix ""ano"" which implies abundance. orchids are one of the flowers which symbolise abundance so this has also been incorporated in my design development.
