Hi, I’m Emma (she/her) a final year student at Nottingham Trent University studying BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion. During my time at NTU I have discovered a passion for graphic design, editorial design, and layouts with a focus on a grotesque, obscurest lens, and a burning curiosity, all which fuels my research work. My recent project titled Eyesore explores the idea of promoting unique identity within university students, helping them to rediscover themselves. Within this project I developed my skills in photoshop and photography. This project led to the rediscovery of my own identity reinforcing my bizarre design style which I may have been neglecting. Through live briefs and presentations, I feel ready to enter the world of work as a confident and sure individual. After graduating, I hope to continue to produce work I am passionate about in whichever form it may come in, exploring the world of both fashion communication and beyond.
