I’m Emily Coffey, a final year BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion student. With the intent to create a positive impact with my work, I aim to convey my own values through design. My self-devised project explores the idea that self-care is unique to everyone, and I created the brand guilty to combat stigma by ignoring judgement from others and doing what ultimately makes you happy. I am obsessed with all things design, combining surrealist and childlike imagery with colourful typography. I am particularly fond of graphic design, layout, print, collaging and illustration. These passions have led me to a real love for zines, whether that is creating my own or exploring others. I am devoted to developing my design skills further and am optimistic about a future within this industry.
