Hey, I’m D4LT, an Illustrator based in Nottingham, UK. Intuition, experimentation, and reiteration is the process I repeat before the magic disappears. My influences are technology, music, cartoons, insects, and dystopia. My lack of commitment to a medium allows me to explore and play with new ways of making art, sound, and experiences. I specialise in music production, video making, animation, drawing and event curation. I have pushed illustrative worldbuilding into the realm of audio-visual art with my Digital Ecosystem. For example, I developed a film and audio soundscape about the alienation of digital identities, set inside a computer. I brought these narratives into reality with the curation of multisensory music and art events. I also co-founded a collective called Rights for Flies who are a team of creatives, dedicated to experimental ideas and community building. I am an incredibly passionate artist and I aim to live a life of multidisciplinary creativity.
