I chose to further my education in fashion by pursuing a BA (Hons) in Fashion Promotion and Communication at Nottingham Trent University. During my final year, I embarked on a self-devised project titled 'Tashstar', a collaboration between Trapstar London and The Movember Foundation. The objective of this report was to use fashion in an immersive way to help reduce the stigma surrounding men’s mental health, an increasingly pressing issue in today’s society. Post-graduation, my intention is to delve into the realm of styling, aiming to accumulate knowledge and experience with the ultimate goal of establishing myself as a freelance stylist. Additionally, I aspire to leverage the skills I have developed during my academic journey to create and develop my own unique projects.
