I'm Cerys Garner, a Print Designer, with a strong foundation in fine art, my latest collection, 'The Bungalow,' draws inspiration from the maximalist aesthetics of my grandparents' home and the resurgence of contemporary Chintz Florals. I possess adept painting and drawing skills, incorporating various mediums such as inks, pens, and gouache paints to create stylized imagery. Proficient in Photoshop, I excel in creating pattern repeats and visualizations. Past successes include winning a Sanderson live brief competition, resulting in completing a placement year placement, gaining experience in both London and Copenhagen-based fashion studios, and having designs sold during these placements and involvement in trade events, I've contributed to sales and marketing efforts. Looking ahead, I aspire to work in-house for an interiors or fashion company, specializing in stylized paintings/ drawings, and seeking out further opportunities of working abroad.
