I am a London-based artist who believes in embracing spontaneity and allowing my art to evolve organically - informed by the nuances and power of colour in abstract expressions. My primary medium is oil, though I explore and experiment with other mediums embracing fluidity and unpredictability. Often inspired by nature or weaving in elements of fantasy and surrealism, I find beauty in the spaces between inspiration and creation, where spontaneity brings each brushstroke to life. I am fascinated by the natural world and am often outdoors, incorporating natural forms into my work. As I continue to develop and broaden my practice, I am painting with less restraint and experimenting with allowing different stages of the process to remain visible and integral to the final piece. Having volunteered at an animal sanctuary abroad last year, I plan to seek out similar opportunities moving forward to inspire my personal and artistic growth while making a positive impact.
