I am Bailey Byas-Armstrong, a BA (Hons) in Fashion Communication and Promotion student. My interests are rooted in Hip Hop, Film Photography, and Journalism. I delve into themes of identity, race, and culture within my creative endeavours, employing a range of skills including videography, copywriting, art direction, and graphic design to portray the culturally diverse environments that have influenced my artistic expression. My objective is to secure a role in print media, where I can apply my proficiency in copywriting and journalism for a brand that resonates with my ethical principles. During my initial year studying Journalism studies, I acquired two NCTJ diplomas, refining my capabilities in broadcast journalism and story pitching, which I intend to leverage upon entering the professional realm.
