Hey, I'm Abby. I am a final year BA (Hons) Fashion Communication and Promotion student. I'm originally from Oxford but have loved my time in Nottingham studying this course and exploring the art and culture here. I have a keen interest in art and love going to galleries, I enjoy seeing how the art has been presented and how each piece is translated in different spaces. My final year project explores the intertwining of fashion, surrealism and escapism, these themes were realised through an immersive and interactive exhibition I created. I find the intersection of fashion and art very interesting and love to pick out little references to each other in the crossovers. After graduation I would like to gain a wide experience within the art worlds to help me learn and choose the road I would like to go down in the future.
